If you’ve been keeping up with my more recent videos, you’ve probably seen that I’ve been on the road a lot taking on new projects. From assembling a MASSIVE conference table for Black Rifle Coffee Company to traveling to the Maker Ranch in Joshua tree, California, I’ve been on the move while building some of my best projects.
Being on the go so much has really put things into perspective for me. Aside from missing my dogs like it’s nobody’s business, I’ve really come to realize the value that my workshop has in my ability to tackle these giant projects. Even more so, I’ve learned the value that compact, powerful tools have to builders like me and like you at home. That’s why I want to share with yinz the Dewalt Atomic Mini Circ Saw - the compact and mighty circular saw by Dewalt that I simply can’t imagine not having in my workshop.
The Dewalt Atomic Mini Circ Saw is now more compact and powerful than ever before and features a brushless motor, so you can trust that this thing will bring you the power and longevity you look for in your tool arsenal.

When I first unpacked the Dewalt Atomic Mini Circular Saw in my workshop, I was a bit wary of its power capabilities given its size. When I’m working with a circ saw, it’s typically to run the rugged edge off the wood I’m using, and I know that some circ saws simply can’t power through the hardwood slabs I find myself using. However, the Dewalt Atomic Mini Circ Saw has a 20-volt motor than delivers up to 800 MWO and 4500 RPM, meaning this thing can tackle nearly any project I challenge it to.
The power in the Dewalt Atomic Mini Circ Saw is made to last, too. The brushless motor maximizes power output and ensures an enhanced motor life while maintaining a lightweight design. The ergonomic nature of the Dewalt Atomic Mini Circ Saw is what makes it one of my favorite tools in my arsenal because I can pack it up for when I’m on the road, hook it to my belt loop while running around the workshop, or snag it with ease when I need it. Best of all, this lightweight and compact design doesn’t mean I’m sacrificing power.
The Dewalt Atomic Mini Circ Saw comes with one blade, a rip fence, a dust port adaptor, and a blade change key. One of my favorite features is the elongated handle that alls for rip cutting OSB and plywood when I’m using those materials. With a bevel cut capacity of up to 45-degrees, I can also cut difficult angles with ease when I’m tackling the carcasses of large shelves and tables in need of a beveled edge.
I’m not only in the business of creating my own projects for my clients in a big, shiny workshop, but also in the business of sharing my projects with you all so you can build awesome projects too. When I do these tool reviews, I always like to make sure that the tools have serious value for you all at home so that you have the power you need to tackle the kind of projects that I do. The Dewalt Atomic Mini Circ Saw certainly meets this mark for me, allowing you to bring compact power with you at a reasonable price. Not to mention, coming from a name like Dewalt, you don’t have to take just my word for it -- the proof is in the pudding.
Dewalt Atomic Mini Circ Saw: $149.00
After being on the go so much for my latest projects, I really see the value of having great tools that are just as powerful and reliable as they are compact. The Dewalt Atomic Mini Circ Saw achieves this while still surpassing my expectations for power and versatility, which is why it’s one of my favorite new tools in my shops -- and I’m sure you’re going to love it too.
