Hey Yinz.....
Its been a year ( I think) Since I started posting about my "BUILD YOUR OWN WORKSHOP SERIES" and I wanted to briefly give you all an update on how things have been over the last year, so here is a run down.
Last January my head was spinning as I scrambled to figure out how to make enough money to support my lavish lifestyle (mostly slugging a few beers on the weekends and eating like a pig). For the most part, it wasn't fun. We all have bills. Rent, truck, healthcare....., and whatever else you can think of. So I had to get this shit locked up quickly. I wrote the first 4 steps to my process and really did some self evaluation and it has brought me to where I am today.
In the past year I have done some amazing things, met some wonderful people, but some awesome friendships, and got my business moving in a direction that isn't owning my life.
Most of this came from learning humility. I do not know everything, nor will I ever. Going out of my way to ask questions and become a great listener has helped me grow drastically. This is a skill I work on every single day. Conquering it all is not the way to go. All great people have had help to get to their goals. For me this took hiring a coach, whom I am absurdly gracious for every single day.
I took the time to set up a business plan and to set monthly quarterly and yearly goals. Financially, professionally, and personally. Small techniques like this help you get on the right path, especially when you're new to running a "company"
So, I am happy with how 2016 went. And after reviewing my pipeline and my financials, I have a ton more work to do.
Thank you all for following along in my journey, and If you have any questions or want more content involving anything that goes into the Business side of building, please leave them down below or email me.
